LDBE Staff Vacancy

LDBE Staff Vacancy

Deputy Director of Education

We have a very exciting opportunity to join our forward-looking team in a senior role as we seek to support schools, academies, and the church, to enable the delivery of distinctive and excellent church schools in the context of the developing educational landscape and the diocesan mission to young people.  Leicester’s Diocesan Board of Education is committed to delivering excellence and we recognise that for those on the front-line in schools this can be exceptionally challenging. We are looking for a Deputy Director who can support our school leaders, governors and staff to have the courage and tenacity to meet these challenges with confidence. We are looking too for a Deputy Director who understands how to hold fast to the principle of Christian distinctiveness as a driver for excellence and who can inspire others to do the same.

Applications should be made using the DBE Application Form which is available electronically from Rebecca Gooding Rebecca.Gooding@LeicesterDBE.org

Please email your completed application to Rebecca.Gooding@LeicesterDBE.org no later than 12 noon on 7th October 2021
