We feel very passionate about the importance of staff wellbeing at the LDBE. This is why we have created an extensive package of wellbeing programmes for a range of stakeholders within schools. All programmes are delivered by Kate Jackson from Well-being Therapy Solutions. In person sessions are taking place at Bodie’s House, 254 Braunstone Lane, Leicester, LE3 3AS (free parking available on site). 

Fee: Each of the 6 sessions programmes are £150/£250 (per attendee and all sessions included in the price). Each of the 1 hour workshops below are £30/£50 (per workshop and attendee). 

*Lower fee is for schools that sign up to the DBE Partnership Agreement

Managing stress

This workshop will explore what burnout is and ways to prevent professional burnout in teaching roles. There will be opportunities for personal reflection.

This is an interactive workshop where delegates will explore what anxiety, develop awareness of signs and symptoms of anxiety, discuss the relevance and prevalence of anxiety amongst education professional and discover ideas for support, coping strategies and recovery.

There has been a face to face follow up session organised for you. This is to reflect on wellbeing, refresh learning form the programme and gain support form each other in person. The course will be held at Bodie’s House in Leicester (address above). The fee for this follow up is £25 per person for non PA schools and £15 per person for PA schools.
